Very expected game when bottom-ranked Niigata R. (0-11) was smashed by leader JX-Eneos S. (9-0) in Tokyo 86-66 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by JX-Eneos S.. Niigata R. was better in fourth quarter 21-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. JX-Eneos S. dominated down low during the game scoring 82 of its points in the paint compared to Niigata R.'s 34 and made 29-of-30 free shots (96.7 percent) during the game, while Niigata R. only scored seven points from the stripe.
