Very important is a road loss of second ranked CASLA (11-4) against fifth ranked Obras Basket (8-4) on Monday night. Visiting CASLA was defeated by Obras Basket in a tough game in Buenos Aires 86-92. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 19-13. But CASLA won second period 29-24. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Worth to mention a great performance of Uruguayan point guard Bruno Fitipaldo (183-91, agency: Pro Sports) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 16 points, 5 rebounds and 11 assists.
