The biggest surprise took place in Przemysl where host Gimbasket PRZM (7-1) edged league's leader Ksiezak Lowicz (7-1) 57-55 on Saturday evening. It ended at the same time the seven-game winning streak of Ksiezak Lowicz. It was a key game for the top position in Group B. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Gimbasket PRZM made 8 blocks. The best player for the winners was Artur Mikolajko (197-79) who had a double-double by scoring 15 points and 13 rebounds. Forward Tomasz Krzywdzinski (200-95) chipped in 13 points and 8 rebounds. Forward Mariusz Wojcik (200-79) produced 13 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 blocks and forward Maciej Cukierda (195-91) added 14 points respectively for the guests. Gimbasket PRZM keeps a position of Group B leader, which they share with defeated Ksiezak Lowicz. Ksiezak Lowicz will play next round against Rosa III Radom trying to make it back to the top of the standings. Gimbasket PRZM will try to continue on its current victory against ninth ranked Ostrow Mazow. in Ostrow Mazowiecki.
