Regular Season Round 12: Centrum - Fyllingen BBK 77-76

A very interesting game took place in Oslo. It ended with only one-point defeat on the road of 10th ranked Fyllingen BBK (1-7) to eighth ranked Centrum (4-3) 77-76 on Saturday evening. Fyllingen BBK was ahead by 2 points after three quarters before a 15-12 charge of Centrum, which allowed them to win the game. The best player for the winners was forward Anders Stien (195-90) who scored 21 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. American Torgrim Sommerfeldt (198-89, college: Manhattan) chipped in a double-double by scoring 15 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Centrum players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American forward Calvin Henry (198-86, college: Mercer) who recorded a double-double by scoring 22 points, 15 rebounds and 5 blocks and Croatian center Igor Sedlar (213-84) added 14 points and 14 rebounds respectively. Centrum moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Asker Aliens. Fyllingen BBK lost fifth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the tenth position with seven games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
