WJBL top team - JX-Eneos S. (12-0) had no problems winning another game on Sunday. This time they crushed seventh ranked Toyota B SR (5-9) in Aichi 100-70. The game without a history. JX-Eneos S. led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 76 of its points in the paint compared to Toyota B SR's 34 and made 19-of-21 free shots (90.5 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Toyota B SR 44-25 including 18 on the offensive glass. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when JX-Eneos S. made 15 blocks. International forward Yuki Miyazawa (181-93, college: Queens, NY) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 10 rebounds and 4 blocks. The former international forward Yuka Mamiya (185-90) contributed with 14 points for the winners. JX-Eneos S.'s coach Kiyomi Sato felt very confident using 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Power forward Sari Osabe (174-87) replied with 16 points and 7 rebounds and power forward Sakiko Nomachi (177-87) added 10 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Toyota B SR. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. JX-Eneos S. have an impressive 12-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 12-0 record.
