Rather expected game in Gwynneville where 8th ranked Kings (3-9) were defeated by fifth ranked Illawarra Hawks (6-6) 96-90. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Kings won third quarter 22-20. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when Illawarra Hawks won last quarter 26-21. They made 17-of-22 charity shots (77.3 percent) during the game.
