Worth to mention a great performance of naturalized Ukrainian forward Anton Savitski (196-86) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 19 points and 14 rebounds. Guard Pope Urtasun (187-80) contributed with 20 points and 4 assists for the winners. point guard Adria Baiget (190-89) replied with 20 points and 5 rebounds and American power forward Hikeem Champaigne (206-90, college: Savannah St.) added 9 points, 14 rebounds and 4 blocks in the effort for Estela. Ardoi (5-1) moved-up to third place in Group A-A, which they share with Easo. Estela at the other side dropped to the fifth position with two games lost. Ardoi's next round opponent will be La Fecha (#14) in Arroyo Encomienda which should be an easy win for them. Estela will play on the road against Clavijo (#10) in Logrono and hope to win that game.
