Very predictable result when second ranked Solna Branten (7-2) outscored at home 12th ranked Orongo Dragons (1-9) 103-71. The game was mostly controlled by Solna Branten. Orongo Dragons was better in second period 23-10. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Orongo Dragons 54-23 including a 18-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. Solna Branten players were unselfish on offense dishing 28 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Orongo Dragons' players. It was an exceptional evening for Kenyan forward Tylor Ongwae (199-91, college: La-Monroe) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 28 points, 18 rebounds and 4 assists. Nils Johansson (198-97) accounted for 15 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side. Five Solna Branten players scored in double figures. Swingman Mustafa Dibba (186-95) came up with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 10 rebounds and 4 blocks and guard Edvin Jonsson (183-96) added 19 points and 4 assists respectively for Orongo Dragons in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the third consecutive win for Solna Branten. They maintain second place with 7-2 record behind leader Hogsbo. Orongo Dragons lost their fourth game in a row. They keep the twelfth position with nine games lost. Solna Branten's next round opponent will be Jarfalla (#7) at home which should be theoretically another easy game.
