ProA top team - ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket (8-1) managed to deliver another win on Saturday. This time they beat eleventh ranked Limoges CSP Elite (5-5) 64-52. The game was mostly controlled by ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket. Limoges CSP Elite managed to win second period 20-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket dominated down low during the game scoring 36 of its points in the paint compared to Limoges CSP Elite's 14. Australian center David Andersen (213-80) had a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and American guard Trenton Meacham (190-85, college: Illinois) chipped in 10 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest.
