Regular Season Round 5: Bnot Hertzeliya - Maccabi R.Hen 75-91

The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of undefeated Bnot Hertzeliya (3-1) at the home court on Monday night. Hosts were defeated by Maccabi Ramat Hen (5-0) 91-75. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Bnot Hertzeliya. Maccabi Ramat Hen made 19-of-22 free shots (86.4 percent) during the game. Forward Keisha Hampton (187-90, college: De Paul, agency: LBM Management) produced 24 points and 8 rebounds and guard Jasmine Thomas (175-89, college: Duke) added 17 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists respectively for the hosts. Maccabi Ramat Hen have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain first place with 5-0 record. Bnot Hertzeliya at the other side keeps the second position with one game lost. Maccabi Ramat Hen are looking forward to face ASA Jerusalem (#5) on the road in the next round. Bnot Hertzeliya will play against Elitzur Holon and is hoping to prove to their supporters that the loss was just an accident.
