We should mention about the upset which took place in Tarshicha, where 10th ranked Hapoel Kazrin (2-6) lost to thirteenth ranked Hapoel Migd.H. (3-5) in a road game 76-92. The winners were led by naturalized American point guard Adam Honig (185-92, college: Dickinson, agency: Duran International) who scored that evening 20 points and 8 assists and Maxim Kikus (188-94, agency: Avi Zilberman) supported him with 25 points and 5 rebounds. Even a double-double of 19 points and 16 rebounds by American center Demarco Cox (203-90, college: Georgia Tech) did not help to save the game for Hapoel Kazrin. Center Nimrod Levi (204-95) added 16 points and 9 rebounds for the guests. Five Hapoel Migd.H. and four Hapoel Kazrin players scored in double figures. Hapoel Migd.H. moved-up to seventh place, which they share with 5 other teams. Hapoel Kazrin at the other side dropped to the thirteenth position with six games lost. Hapoel Migd.H.'s next round opponent will be higher ranked Ironi Kiryat Ata (#3) on the road and it may be quite challenging game.
