Regular Season Round 10: Prinemanye - Tsmoki II 54-57

Seventh-ranked Prinemanye (1-7) used its home court advantage to challenge fourth ranked Tsmoki II (6-3) in Grodno on Friday. The visitors from Minsk managed to secure only three-point victory 57-54. However their fans expected easier game. Prinemanye was trailing by 4 points at halftime but managed to get 1-point lead after three quarters before a 16-12 charge of Tsmoki II, which allowed them to win the game. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Maksim Lyutych (200-97) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 10 points and 12 rebounds. Swingman Mikita Stasilevich (195-96) contributed with 11 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals for the winners. Forward Dmitriy Chumakov (-93) replied with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 10 rebounds and power forward Victor Ilyukevich (203-94) added 11 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Prinemanye. Tsmoki II have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place. Prinemanye lost third consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with seven games lost. Tsmoki II are looking forward to face league's second-placed COR-Borisfen in Mogilev in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Prinemanye will play on the road against BGEU-RCOR (#6) in Osipovichi and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
