No shocking result in a game when sixth ranked Pordenone (6-4) defeated at home 10th ranked Scrivia (2-7) 71-63 on Saturday. Scrivia trailed by 12 points after 3 quarters before a 15-11 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 63-71 at the end of the game. They outrebounded Scrivia 47-33 including a 38-27 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was center Sara Madera (186-0) who had a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds. Center Lorela Cubaj (191-99) chipped in a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds. Four Pordenone players scored in double figures. Pordenone's coach Andrea Da Prato used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. At the other side the best for losing team was point guard Giulia Porro (169-95, agency: SPORTlab Agency) who recorded 17 points and 5 rebounds and guard Silvia Gabba (170-82) added 15 points and 4 steals respectively. Newly promoted Pordenone maintains sixth place with 6-4 record. Scrivia at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the tenth position with seven games lost.
