No shocking result in a game when top-ranked Paulistano (7-0) crushed 3rd ranked Pinheiros (5-3) in Sao Paolo 101-77 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 19-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 101-77. Paulistano looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. American point guard Kenny Dawkins (175-87, college: Lamar) orchestrated the victory by scoring 24 points and 4 assists. The former international center Caio Silveira (211-87, agency: Interperformances) contributed with 18 points and 7 rebounds for the winners.
