Asefa Estudiantes (#17) forced the game against CAI Zaragoza (#16) into an overtime, but lost by six points 110-116. The game took place in Madrid. But the guests from Zaragoza were better at the end. The guests were tied after three quarters and then recorded another tie at the end of regular time. They eventually won an overtime period 33-27. CAI Zaragoza's next round opponent will be higher ranked CB Canarias (#14) in Tenerife and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Asefa Estudiantes will play at home against Andorra and hope to win that game.
