The game in Arad was also worth to mention about. 5th ranked Austrian Flying Foxes (4-2) played at the court of sixth ranked Romanian ICIM Arad (4-1). ICIM Arad did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 74-57. The game was mostly controlled by ICIM Arad. Flying Foxes was better in third quarter 22-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Flying Foxes 47-28 including a 20-9 advantage in offensive rebounds. American forward Shawnta Dyer (185-91, college: Louisville) nailed a double-double by scoring 15 points, 12 rebounds and 4 blocks for the winning side and her fellow American import swingman Jasmine Gill (185-90, college: JMU) accounted for 13 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Four ICIM Arad players scored in double figures. Romanian center Anda Farcas (187-86) came up with 24 points and 9 rebounds and American guard Aaryn Ellenberg (170-92, college: Oklahoma) added 14 points and 8 assists respectively for Flying Foxes in the defeat. ICIM Arad moved-up to fifth place in Group B. Defending Austrian champion Flying Foxes dropped to the sixth position with two games lost. ICIM Arad's next round opponent will be SBS Ostrava (#9) at home.
