We should mention about the upset which took place in Inowroclaw, where higher ranked Spojnia (7-7) lost to twelfth ranked Notec Inowr. (5-9) in a road game 75-84 on Saturday. Point guard Aleksander Filipiak (185-90) scored 22 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists to lead the charge for the winners and power forward Lukasz Ratajczak (201-86, agency: Promotex) chipped in 14 points and 12 rebounds during the contest. Guard Lukasz Pacocha (185-82, agency: Promotex) responded with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 6 rebounds and 10 assists and center Karol Pytys (202-85) scored 14 points and 8 rebounds. Four Spojnia players scored in double figures. Notec Inowr. moved-up to eleventh place. Loser Spojnia keeps the eighth position with seven games lost. Notec Inowr. will meet league's second-placed Sokol Lancut on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Spojnia will play against GTK Gliwice (#15) and hope to secure a win.
