There was no surprise when 12th ranked Arras (1-8) was crushed on the road by second ranked Villeneuve D'Ascq (8-1) 81-51 on Saturday. The game without a history. Villeneuve D'Ascq led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Arras' players. The former international power forward Marielle Amant (190-89, agency: Comsport) fired 16 points and 6 rebounds for the winners.
