LF2 top team - Al-Qazeres (10-2) added another victory to their record on Saturday. This time they beat eighth ranked Maquinaria Ensino (7-5) in Caceres 69-62. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Maquinaria Ensino. The hosts trailed by 8 points after first quarter, but they rallied back and won the game by 7 points. Al-Qazeres made 16-of-20 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Al-Qazeres outrebounded Maquinaria Ensino 46-33 including 18 on the offensive glass. Al-Qazeres will meet Adareva (#3) in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Maquinaria Ensino will play against Oviedo (#11) and hope to secure a win.
