Regular Season Round 13: Monaco - Chalon 95-71

The game between Top Four teams took place in Monaco. Third ranked host Monaco (10-3) smashed 4th placed Chalon/Saor (8-5) 95-71. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Chalon/Saor. The game without a history. Monaco led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. American center Devin Booker (203-91, college: Clemson) came up with 23 points and 8 rebounds (made all of his ten free throws !!!) and the other American import point guard John Roberson (180-88, college: Texas Tech) added 15 points respectively for Chalon/Saor in the defeat. Monaco have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They used an opportunity after ASVEL lost their game and moved up joining them at the top position. Chalon/Saor at the other side dropped to the seventh place with five games lost. They share the position with Nanterre. Monaco will play against JDA Dijon (#5) on the road in the next round. Chalon/Saor will play against Chalons-Reims and hopes to get back on the winning track.
