Regular Season Round 12: MCKiS Jaworz. - Wisla Krakow 84-56

There was no surprise when 11th ranked Wisla Krakow (2-10) was outleveled by fourth ranked MCKiS Jaworz. (8-4) in Jaworzno 84-56 on Sunday. MCKiS Jaworz. outrebounded Wisla Krakow 40-29 including 29 on the defensive glass. It was a good game for guard Tomasz Bryzek (195-86) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds. Point guard Wojciech Zub (185-95) contributed with 17 points and 5 assists for the winners. Four MCKiS Jaworz. players scored in double figures. Power forward Pawel Murza (202-90) replied with 13 points and 7 rebounds and power forward Kamil Kamecki (200-87) added 12 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Wisla Krakow. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. MCKiS Jaworz. have an impressive five-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place in Group C, which they share with AZS PS Gliwice. Wisla Krakow lost seventh consecutive game. They keep the eleventh position with ten games lost. MCKiS Jaworz. will face Alba Chorzow (#6) on the road in the next round. Wisla Krakow will play against AZS PCz (#5) and hope to win that game.
