Regular Season Round 24: Halc.Rojos - Correcaminos 77-83

Date: December 22, 2015
The game with biggest difference of round 24 in LNBP was guest Correcaminos' (7-12) road victory over higher ranked Halcones Rojos (10-10) 83-77 on Tuesday evening. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Halcones Rojos. 24 personal fouls committed by Halcones Rojos helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was American swingman Brandon Davis (198-88, college: Lamar, agency: Interperformances) who scored 26 points and 5 rebounds. The other American import guard Harrison Smith (190-87, college: Texas Southern, agency: Inception Sports) chipped in a double-double by scoring 18 points and 12 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was American-Puerto Rican Michael Rosario (190-90, college: Florida) who recorded 16 points and 6 rebounds and American swingman Devin Sweetney (198-87, college: St.Francis, PA) added 9 points and 8 rebounds respectively. Halcones Rojos' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Correcaminos moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Abejas. Halcones Rojos at the other side keep the fourth position with ten games lost. Correcaminos will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Halcones Rojos will play at home against Fuerza Regia (#3) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
