Everything went according to plan when seventh ranked Strasbourg IG (10-5) defeated at home 14th ranked Sluc Nancy (4-10) 87-78. The hosts were already 11 points ahead at halftime and as many as 12 after three quarters before a 23-20 last quarter charge of Sluc Nancy cut the lead to 87-78 at the end of the game.
