Not a big story in a game in Nes Ziyona where 12th ranked Maccabi K/G (3-10) was defeated by tenth ranked Ironi Nes-Ziona (5-8) 88-73. The game was mostly controlled by Ironi Nes-Ziona. Maccabi K/G was better in second period 23-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Ironi Nes-Ziona players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. Ironi Nes-Ziona moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Hapoel Eilat. Newly promoted Maccabi K/G stay at the bottom position with ten games lost. Ironi Nes-Ziona will play against higher ranked Bnei Hasharon (#5) in Hod Hasharon in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Maccabi K/G will play at home against Maccabi Rishon (#3) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
