Not a big story in a game when 11th ranked Saitama Broncos (3-21) were rolled over on the road by ninth ranked Bambitious Nara (9-16) 91-70 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Bambitious Nara. Saitama Broncos was better in fourth quarter 17-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Bambitious Nara made 16-of-21 free shots (76.2 percent) during the game. Bambitious Nara outrebounded Saitama Broncos 43-30 including 33 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Charles Hinkle (196-88, college: American) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 16 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists and point guard Tatsuya Tatsuya (169-91) who added 17 points, 9 assists and 4 steals during the contest. Five Bambitious Nara players scored in double figures. Bambitious Nara's coach Eto Kohei felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side guard Janya Masumoto (183-88) responded with 22 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists and American power forward Evan Harris (206-86, college: Harvard, agency: I.D.S. Law) produced a double-double by scoring 17 points and 11 rebounds. Bambitious Nara have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain ninth position with 9-16 record. Saitama Broncos lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the eleventh place with 21 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
