Regular Season Round 15: Planasa NV - Breogan 79-70

There was a surprise result when thirteenth ranked Planasa NV (6-9) beat higher ranked Leche Rio Breogan (7-8) in Pamplona 79-70 on Wednesday. Leche Rio Breogan was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a good game for center Oliver Arteaga (208-83) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 13 rebounds. Guard Inaki Narros (196-81) contributed with 18 points for the winners. Guard Alejandro Lopez (189-91) answered with 20 points and Lithuanian forward Osvaldas Matulionis (200-91, agency: Dynamics Global Management) added 13 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for Leche Rio Breogan. Four Leche Rio Breogan players scored in double figures. Planasa NV moved-up to twelfth place, which they share with Ourense. Leche Rio Breogan lost third consecutive game. They keep the ninth position with eight games lost. Planasa NV will face higher ranked Palma (#3) in S'Arenal in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
