Not a big story in a game when 8th ranked Zhejiang Chouzhou Bank (14-11) was outscored by fifth ranked Liaoning Hunters (18-7) in Yingkou 124-103 on Friday. The game without a history. Liaoning Hunters led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 16-of-19 free shots (84.2 percent) during the game. Liaoning Hunters shot the lights out from three sinking 12 long-distance shots on high 52.2 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Quite impressive performance for American Lester Hudson (190-84, college: Tenn-Martin, agency: Priority Sports) who helped to win the game recording 22 points, 7 rebounds, 9 assists and 6 steals. His fellow American import forward Shavlik Randolph (208-83, college: Duke) contributed with 30 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. American forward Charles Gaines (201-81, college: S.Mississippi) answered with 26 points and 9 rebounds and Iranian forward Mohammad Samad Nikkhah Bahrami (199-83) added 18 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists in the effort for Zhejiang Chouzhou Bank. Five Liaoning Hunters and four Zhejiang Chouzhou Bank players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Liaoning Hunters. They moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Shandong FB. Zhejiang Chouzhou Bank lost their third game in a row. They keep the eighth position with 11 games lost. Liaoning Hunters will face Shanghai Sharks (#10) at home in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game.
