There was no surprise when 11th ranked Bisceglie (6-11) was defeated at home by fourth ranked Falconara (12-4) 98-85 on Wednesday. Falconara shot 61.3 percent from the field. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Bisceglie's players. Worth to mention a great performance of naturalized Serbian power forward Marko Micevic (201-89) who helped to win the game recording 19 points and 9 rebounds and center Giacomo Eliantonio (206-88) who added 21 points and 5 rebounds (on 9-of-10 shooting from the field) during the contest. At the losing side guard Mauro Torresi Lelli (189-84) responded with 28 points and 4 assists and power forward Alessandro Cecchetti (200-91) scored 17 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Newly promoted Falconara maintains fourth position in B with 12-4 record. Loser Bisceglie keeps the eleventh place with 11 games lost.
