Alexela KML top team - TU/Rock (10-3) added another victory to their record. This time they beat seventh ranked Parnu (4-7) 79-71. The guests were ahead by 8 points but lost the second period ending it with a 2-point deficit before their 22-12 run, which allowed them to win the game. Parnu was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. The winners were led by the former international guard Tanel Kurbas (197-88) who scored that evening 26 points and American forward Brian Harper (206-85, college: Paine, agency: HMS) supported him with 17 points and 7 rebounds. Even a double-double of 17 points and 12 rebounds by Lithuanian forward Paulius Petrilevicius (200-91) did not help to save the game for Parnu. American guard Mark Dorris (188-85, college: Marshall) added 13 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Defending champion maintains first position with 10-3 record. Parnu lost fifth consecutive game. They dropped to the eighth place with seven games lost. TU/Rock will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Parnu will play on the road against Audentese/N. (#9) in Tallinn and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
