Very significant was Olimpi's (#6) 82-75 road victory against 7th ranked Energy Invest. The guests started the game with a very strong first quarter 28-12. But Energy Invest won third quarter 25-13. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Olimpi forced 20 Energy Invest turnovers. Strangely Energy Invest outrebounded Olimpi 48-30 including 17 on the offensive glass. American guard Jeremy Bynum (193-88, college: Jacksonville St.) notched 34 points (!!!) to lead the effort and the former international guard Revaz Rogava (191-93) supported him with 30 points and 4 assists. Bynum is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Even a double-double of 19 points and 24 rebounds by American center Kiel Turpin (213-89, college: Florida St., agency: Three Eye Sports) did not help to save the game for Energy Invest. Serbian forward Nikola Gacesa (206-87, college: TCU) added 23 points and 12 rebounds for the hosts. Olimpi maintains sixth position with 6-8 record. Energy Invest at the other side keeps the seventh place with nine games lost.
