Regular Season Round 12: Rapla - TTU 60-78

The most important game in the last round took place in Rapla between second ranked Rapla (9-4) and eighth ranked TTU (5-8) on Saturday night. Rapla was defeated by TTU at home 78-60. The guests trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 4-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 78-60. Worth to mention a great performance of Kiur Akenparg (190-88) who helped to win the game recording 22 points and the former international forward Toomas Raadik (201-90, agency: Promotex) who added 14 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. Four TTU players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American guard Devin Brooks (186-92, college: Creighton) with 10 points and 9 rebounds and international Martin Paasoja (191-93) scored 17 points. TTU moved-up to seventh place. Rapla at the other side keeps the second position with four games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
