Regular Season Round 12: Hainaut - Lattes Montp. 47-75

LFB top team - Lattes Montpellier (10-1) had no problems winning another game on Saturday. This time they crushed ninth ranked Hainaut (4-7) in Saint-Amand 75-47. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Hainaut. The game without a history. Lattes Montpellier led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They outrebounded Hainaut 42-24 including a 31-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Lattes Montpellier looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The best player for the winners was international forward Valerianne Ayayi (185-94, agency: Comsport) who scored 13 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals. Australian Jenna O'Hea (185-87) chipped in 16 points and 5 rebounds. Lattes Montpellier's coach Valery Demory felt very confident using 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was DR Congolese power forward Pauline Akonga Nsimbo (188-82, agency: LBM Management) who recorded 15 points and point guard Joyce Cousseins-Smith (165-88) added 3 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists respectively. Lattes Montpellier have an impressive ten-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 10-1 record. Loser Hainaut keeps the ninth place with seven games lost.
