The most surprising game was another loss of top-ranked Den Helder (10-3) at the home court on Saturday night. Hosts were defeated by fifth ranked Binnenland (5-8) 65-60. They made 17-of-22 free shots (77.3 percent) during the game. Binnenland forced 19 Den Helder turnovers and outrebounded them 41-25 including 28 on the defensive glass. It was a good game for the former international guard Zera Butter (179-92) who led her team to a victory with 10 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Swingman Lisa Van den Adel (179-89) contributed with 13 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Four Binnenland players scored in double figures. Binnenland's coach used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game.
