Third ranked Perth Lynx blasted bottom-ranked Canberra Capitals (0-17) in Canberra 89-63. Canberra Capitals is still unable to win any game. The game was mostly controlled by Perth Lynx. Canberra Capitals was better in third quarter 22-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Perth Lynx forced 26 Canberra Capitals turnovers. Canberra Capitals' coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Perth Lynx (12-6) keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Sydney. Canberra Capitals at the other side still closes the standings. Perth Lynx's next round opponent will be Adelaide Lightning (#8) at home and are hoping to win another game.
