We could consider it a predictable result in the game between close teams when seventh ranked Salt (6-6) beat at home 6th ranked Arenys (6-7) 66-48 on Sunday. Forward Genis Bover (201-91) fired 23 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Point guard Xavier Torrent (176-90) chipped in 19 points. Salt's coach Eric Suris used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Dutch center Terrence Bieshaar (208-97) produced 18 points and power forward Marc Bauza (204-96) added 10 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side. Salt moved-up to fifth place in Group C-A, which they share with Masnou. Loser Arenys dropped to the seventh position with seven games lost. Salt will face Sant Lluis (#10) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Arenys will play against Cornella and hope to win that game.
