Regular Season Round 13: Tsmoki II - Grodno-93 68-74

An interesting game for Grodno-93 (13-0) which played road game in Minsk against 3rd placed Tsmoki II (7-6). Leader Grodno-93 managed to get a 6-point victory 74-68. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Tsmoki II won third quarter 18-14. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The former international point guard Vyacheslau Korzh (192-84) nailed 20 points and 4 assists for the winning side and Ukrainian forward Ivan Kaliayev (201-87) accounted for 12 points and 6 rebounds. Grodno-93's coach used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Swingman Mikita Stasilevich (195-96) came up with 15 points and 7 rebounds and forward Maksim Sazonau (202-96) added 16 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Tsmoki II in the defeat. The victory was the thirteenth consecutive win for Grodno-93. They maintain first place with 13-0 record. Loser Tsmoki II keeps the third position with six games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
