A very close game took place in Wroclaw between Miedzychod and WKK Wroclaw. Fourth ranked Miedzychod (10-4) got a very close victory on the road over 6th ranked WKK Wroclaw (7-7). Miedzychod managed to escape with a 2-point win 69-67 on Wednesday evening. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of WKK Wroclaw. Forward Szymon Kiwilsza (202-97) responded with 17 points and 8 rebounds and point guard Jakub Kobel (184-98) scored 10 points and 4 assists. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Miedzychod moved-up to third place in Group D, which they share with Rawia. Loser WKK Wroclaw keeps the sixth position with seven games lost. Miedzychod will meet at home Gimbasket WRC (#11) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. WKK Wroclaw will play against Sudety (#7) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
