The game between third ranked Telge (13-5) and sixth ranked Alvik Basket (7-10) was the most important one in the last round on Wednesday night. Telge was defeated by Alvik Basket in a tough game in Stockholm 65-73. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Telge. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Telge won third quarter 19-17. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when Alvik Basket won last quarter 25-19. They made 18-of-22 free shots (81.8 percent) during the game. Alvik Basket outrebounded Telge 47-32 including 19 on the offensive glass. American players dominated the game. Guard Syessence Davis (170-93, college: Rutgers, agency: Merit Management Group) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 12 points, 11 rebounds and 7 assists. Center Shareta Brown (185-93, college: Wayne St., MI, agency: Merit Management Group) contributed with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. Four Alvik Basket players scored in double figures. Alvik Basket's coach Francisco Pinto used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
