Leader Oostende delivered the thirteenth victory on Saturday night. This time they crushed 9th ranked VOO Verviers-Pepinster (4-9) 105-84. The game was mostly controlled by Oostende. VOO Verviers-Pepinster managed to win second period 21-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Oostende shot 62.3 percent from the field and made 21-of-24 free shots (87.5 percent) during the game. Oostende outrebounded VOO Verviers-Pepinster 28-17. They keep the ninth place with nine games lost. Oostende will meet at home Liege Basket (#6) in the next round where they are favorite. VOO Verviers-Pepinster will play against Basic-Fit Brussels and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
