Regular Season Round 15: Wisla Krakow - AZS AGH Alstom 44-84

Very predictable result when second ranked AZS AGH Alstom (13-2) rolled over on the road 10th ranked Wisla Krakow (3-12) 84-44 on Saturday. AZS AGH Alstom forced 24 Wisla Krakow turnovers. It was a good game for power forward Maciej Maj (200-88) who led his team to a victory with 17 points and 8 rebounds. Guard Tomasz Zych (185-87) contributed with 13 points and 5 assists for the winners. Four AZS AGH Alstom players scored in double figures. Guard Rafal Zglobicki (196-94) answered with 10 points and 6 rebounds and power forward Kamil Kamecki (200-87) added 8 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Wisla Krakow. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. AZS AGH Alstom keeps a position of Group C leader, which they share with Polonia Bytom. Loser Wisla Krakow dropped to the eleventh place with 12 games lost. AZS AGH Alstom will face Alba Chorzow (#6) at home in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. Wisla Krakow will play against MKS DG 2 (#12) in Dabrowa Gornicza and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
