There was a small surprise when eleventh ranked Notec Inowr. (7-11) beat 9th ranked Rosa II Radom (8-10) in Inowroclaw 66-56 on Sunday. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Notec Inowr. made 9 blocks. Dawid Adamczewski (190-91) notched 23 points and 8 rebounds to lead the effort and Bartosz Pochocki (185-90) supported him with 11 points and 7 rebounds. Even 24 points and 4 steals by Filip Zegzula (188-94) did not help to save the game for Rosa II Radom. Forward Konrad Kapturski (197-83) added 12 points and 8 rebounds. Rosa II Radom's coach Karol Gutkowski rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Notec Inowr. moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Nysa Klodzko and SKK Siedlce. Rosa II Radom lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the ninth position with ten games lost. Notec Inowr. will meet higher ranked Pogon Prudnik (#6) on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Rosa II Radom will play against GTK Gliwice and hope to secure a win.
