There was a surprise result when tenth ranked AZS AWF M. II (4-11) beat on the road higher ranked Alba Chorzow (7-8) 85-69 on Sunday. Alba Chorzow was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a good game for power forward Mateusz Migala (202-94) who led his team to a victory with 23 points. Swingman Maciej Dalak (189-95) contributed with 12 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Guard Lukasz Wojcik (189-84) answered with 16 points and 5 rebounds and power forward Marcin Weselak (204-79) added 14 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Alba Chorzow. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. AZS AWF M. II maintains tenth place in Group C with 4-11 record.
