Not a big story in a game when 7th ranked Martorell (5-9) was defeated at home by top-ranked L'Hospitalet (14-0) 69-56 on Sunday. The guests were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. L'Hospitalet dominated on the defensive end, holding Martorell to just 7 points in first and third quarters. The best player for the winners was guard Gabriel Diaz-Morera (196-89) who scored 25 points. Guard Edgar San Epifanio (196-87) chipped in 14 points and 7 rebounds. Forward Ruben Morales (193-85) produced 17 points and 5 rebounds and Guillem Jou (195-97) added 9 points and 10 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Both coaches used bench players saving starting five for next games. L'Hospitalet have an impressive 14-game winning streak. They maintain first position in Group C-B with 14-0 record. Martorell lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the seventh place with nine games lost. L'Hospitalet will face Miramar (#5) in the next round.
