Very predictable result in San Giorgio where third ranked Bergamo (14-3) outscored 14th ranked Sangiorgese (4-13) 89-70 on Sunday. Bergamo forced 20 Sangiorgese turnovers. The best player for the winners was guard Andrea Scanzi (196-88) who scored 17 points. Tommaso Milani (190-88) chipped in 9 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Power forward Alessandro Priuli (200-86, agency: Players Group) produced a double-double by scoring 23 points and 10 rebounds (perfect from the field making all eight shots !!!) and swingman Paolo Vitali (192-81) added 12 points respectively for the hosts. Sangiorgese's coach rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win. The victory was the eighth consecutive win for Bergamo. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Napoli Basket.
