Very expected game when 11th ranked Nantes Reze (3-9) was defeated on the road by third ranked Nice (10-3) 71-60. Nice outrebounded Nantes Reze 40-25 including 16 on the offensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Courtney Hurt (185-90, college: VCU) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and 6 rebounds. Mali center Djene Diawara (192-85, agency: Comsport) contributed with 16 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Nice's coach Rachid Meziane used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. They share it with Toulouse and Angers. Nice will play against bottom-ranked Arras (#14) on the road in the next round which should be an easy win for them.
