Fifth ranked Azad (14-7) crushed at home 9th ranked Army (3-17) by 17 points 78-61, which is the biggest margin this round on Thursday night. The hosts trailed by 5 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 11-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 78-61. Azad dominated on the defensive end, holding Army to just 7 points in fourth quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 42 of its points in the paint compared to Army's 22.
