D1 top team - Maccabi Ramat Hen (14-1) had no problems winning another game on Thursday. This time they crushed fifth ranked ASA Jerusalem (5-10) 83-49. Maccabi Ramat Hen forced 30 ASA Jerusalem turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. American players dominated the game. It was a good game for guard Rebekah Gardner (185-90, college: UCLA) who led her team to a victory with 25 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals. Forward Kayla Thornton (185-92, college: UTEP) contributed with 14 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Forward Asia Taylor (185-91, college: Louisville, agency: LBM Management) answered with 9 points and 15 rebounds and center Shamela Hampton (191-87, college: UNLV) added 11 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for ASA Jerusalem.
