Regular Season Round 16: Domino Inowr. - AZS PGd 61-76

The game between closely ranked teams ended with 6th ranked Domino Inowr.'s (7-8) home loss to fifth ranked AZS PGd (10-6) 61-76 on Saturday. Domino Inowr. was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Aleksander Lebiedzinski (195-93) who helped to win the game recording 15 points and 7 rebounds and forward Rafal Milewski (193-87) who added 12 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. Five AZS PGd players scored in double figures. AZS PGd's coach Marek Iglinski used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side Rafal Libner (198-83) responded with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 16 rebounds and guard Mateusz Marciniak (190-90) scored 15 points and 5 steals. AZS PGd moved-up to fourth place in Group A. Newly promoted Domino Inowr. keeps the sixth position with eight games lost. AZS PGd will face Itago Gdynia (#10) at home in the next round where they are favorite. Domino Inowr. will play against the league's leader Kotwica (#1) in Kolobrzeg and hope to win that game.
