There was an upset when higher ranked Catanzaro (10-8) lost on the road to twelfth ranked Roma Luiss (7-11) 76-68 on Saturday. Roma Luiss outrebounded Catanzaro 42-30 including 29 on the defensive glass. It was a good game for swingman Stefano Rambaldi (194-91) who led his team to a victory with 23 points and 8 rebounds. Center Eugenio Beretta (206-96) contributed with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Guard Tomas Di Dio (189-88) replied with 21 points and 6 rebounds and point guard Fehmi Abassi (191-94) added 18 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Catanzaro. Roma Luiss moved-up to ninth place in B, which they share with 3 other teams. Loser Catanzaro dropped to the seventh position with eight games lost. Roma Luiss will face higher ranked Cassino (#5) on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game.
