An interesting game for Peja (14-0) which played road game in Prizren against 3rd ranked Bashkimi (9-5). Top-ranked Peja managed to get a 10-point victory 90-80. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Bashkimi. Peja players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international forward Drilon Hajrizi (203-91) who helped to win the game recording 29 points and 9 rebounds and Croatian power forward Nenad Delic (210-84) who added 15 points during the contest. Five Peja players scored in double figures. At the losing side American-New Zealand forward Marcel Jones (203-85, college: Oregon St., agency: PEPI SPORT) responded with 24 points and 9 rebounds and American guard Antabia Waller (188-88, college: Auburn, agency: Three Eye Sports) scored 15 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. Bashkimi's coach Petar Mijovic rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Peja have an impressive 14-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 14-0 record. Bashkimi at the other side keeps the third place with five games lost. Peja will play against bottom-ranked Kerasan (#7) in Prishtina in the next round where they are favorite. Bashkimi will have a break next round.
